Commission Will Confer by Audio Only Due to COVID-19
EEOC to hold its first remote, audio only Commission meeting Wednesday, April 29, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).
Instructions will be posted 24 hours prior to the schedule meeting at http://www.eeoc.gov. Closed captioning services will be available.
During the meeting, the following matters are scheduled for consideration:
- Announcement of Notation Votes;
- Formal opinion letter on Federal Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC);
- Rescission of Compliance Manual Section 604: Theories of Discrimination; and
- Rescission of Compliance Manual Section 604 Appendix-C on Polygraph Examinations.
The Commission agenda is subject to revision. A recording and transcript of the Commission meeting will be posted on www.eeoc.gov at a later date.
