Blog# 1092020Book
I definitely recommend this book and would hope that anyone from the front lines, straight up to the CEO read, digest, practice and share it. The following is a reading of Chapter Two. If you are interested in hearing more, you can find the book at Amazon.com.
In Chapter Two, authors M. Tamra Chandler and Laura Dowling Grealish tell us that feedback should be a good thing but admit that this won’t happen without change.
Leaders are encouraged to convince others of the need for change and to share the authors’ purpose (feedback helps, not hurts), and model behaviors that will help others join the movement.
